• Complete the application. Incomplete information will result in a delay of the application process.
• Sign and date the application
• Submit verification of income (check stubs, bank statements for direct deposit, letter from the Social Security Office for Social Security Income or SSI) for all members of household.
• Verification on all assets i.e. (savings accounts, IRA, Certificates of Deposit, property, etc.).
• If you are applying for Senior or Disabled housing, please provide proof of all medical expenses (printouts from the pharmacy for RX, doctor/dental bills, supplemental insurance, hearing aid, eyeglass or other out-of-pocket expense).
• Verification of childcare expense from your child's caregiver. Signed ;letter stating the amount paid by you per week. Social Security cards and birth certificates for ALL members of the household.
• Photo I. D. for all members of the household 16 years of age and older.

In most cases it will take two weeks to process your application. If your application is denied, you will be notified in writing as to the reason for the denial and the steps available to you regarding an appeal. If approved, you will be placed on the waiting list for an apartment that accommodates your family size and composition.
